Well, there’s egg on my face.
You may have heard on previous podcast episodes that I recommend Bluehost web hosting services. At this time, I can no longer continue to recommend Bluehost, although we do still use their hosting services.
Our website performance seems to be down lately, and when I brought up a chat window today to get some help, the wait time said 30 minutes. The wait times lately seem to have grown, and after several follow ups, our site performance still seems less that it should be.
If and when I find that Bluehost’s performance and service improves to what I used to be accustomed to, I will let everyone know.
I appreciate your continued trust, and pledge to continue to recommend only those products and services that I use and believe to be of the highest quality.
